Readiness

Our Career Readiness Program provides students with the skills, knowledge and core competencies necessary to excel in college and subsequent life.

AIM-TN operates under the principle that the preparation necessary for tomorrow’s careers should start early in the educational process. Our career readiness initiatives target both middle school and high school students, and with our partnerships with corporate and civic organizations we deliver the following:

  • ACT/SAT Prep Classes

  • STEM supplies to local schools

  • Interview skills workshops

  • College Tours

  • Career Day Events connecting students with industry professional

  • Leadership Development

The Achievement Initiative of Middle Tennessee Foundation (AIM-
TN) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded on the unique
approach to strengthening Middle Tennessee communities.
